Shop Policies & Information

Shipping Policies:

- Items are shipped within 2 weeks of placing your order  

- Please wait the full length of time listed with your shipping option before emailing about a missing package

- All items are shipped according to the shipping option selected at checkout. If you would like a tracking number you MUST select that option. Please be sure you are comfortable waiting the full time period listed before delivery.

- If a package is missing, or incorrectly marked as delivered please reach out to me via social media or email. Items incorrectly marked as delivered will be reshipped for free IF you are able to work with me & Canada Post to complete a missing package claim. If you would not like to cooperate with Canada Post, or your package was shipped untracked, you will be required to cover shipping costs again. If your package has a tracking number, and it is still on route but very late, I will NOT reship your package until it is confirmed missing. Unfortunately you will have to wait the extra time as Canada Post experiences delays from time to time. 

- MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT!! If an item gets sent back to me because of an incorrect address you will need to cover shipping again before I can resend it to you. 

- Shipping costs are a flat rate and are the same for all orders going to that country.

 

General Shop Information:

- ALL items are made from a pet friendly home, please consider this if you have severe allergies!

- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!

- No order cancellations unless something goes wrong on my end

 

Custom Order Information 

- I require a non refundable deposit of up to 50% on all custom orders

- Custom orders can only be held for 30 days after completion (without an agreed upon payment plan). If you fail to pay for the rest of your order before the 30 days are up, I will find another buyer for your item(s) and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

- I offer FREE plushie repairs. All you have to do is pay for shipping.

 

Privacy Policy:

- Your personal info given at checkout will ONLY be used for the following:

    - To ship your order to you

    - To contact you in case of error

- Your personal info will NEVER be given out, nor used for anything other than what is listed above.
